Cast In Heater

Cast In Heaters are tubular heating elements embedded in Aluminium Alloy or Brass material. Cast In Heaters are made with no blow holes inside as a result of high thermal conductivity which gives fast heat transfer and longer heater life.

The high thermal conductivity of aluminum allows precisely uniform temperature to be applied to the component surface, elevating hot or cold spots that may effect the equipments performance.

Heat is provided by a tubular sheathed wire element that has long been recognized for its reliability, strength and adaptability. It is due to the versatility of this element that cast heaters can be manufactured to suit limitless application and specifications.
