Accord Heaters infrastructure setup is spread over 5000 sq ft of area in Babana Industrial Area, New Delhi.

In our manufacturing process only the best raw material is selected and processed on precision cutting and bending machines. Accord Heater has setup an in-house press shop for fabrication operations. It efficiently designs and manufactures wooden patterns for cast-in heaters as a part of its powerful design capabilities. Apart from this, the company has an in-house foundry for manufacturing of cast-in heaters.

Accord Heaters has complete in-house setup for conducting all manufacturing operations including filling, swaging, annealing, bending, hydraulic pressing and machining.

Various in-process checks are conducted at every manufacturing step to ensure flawless output. The company has installed automatic coil winding machines for coiling the heating wires thereby ensuring uniformity of heating. The wound packs are then passed on to the assembly section for final heaters assembly.

After a final Quality Control by the in-house quality department, the end products are then dispatched to the packing section for delivery to the customers. Final inspection reports of finished products and computerized serial numbers for each unit is generated for easy accessibility of its manufacturing date and traceability in the future.
