Nozzle Heaters

Accord Heaters offers a full line of hot runner nozzle heaters for the plastics industry as well as slip-on heaters for the medical and analytical industries. While every heater has a unique set of capabilities, each nozzle heater is designed to meet specific application requirements. The high thermal conductivity of aluminum allows precisely uniform temperature to be applied to the component surface, elevating hot or cold spots that may effect the equipments performance.

Heat is provided by a tubular sheathed wire element that has long been recognized for its reliability, strength and adaptability. It is due to the versatility of this element that cast heaters can be manufactured to suit limitless application and specifications.
